The GoDaddy Standard (Turbo) SSL that is displayed on the bottom left corner of the homepage expires: 7/24/2010. The GoDaddy Deluxe Hosting - Linux is good through 12/29/2010. The GoDaddy domain name hosting expires on 4/28/2010. The new owner will get the above three accounts transferred into their name. The Domain name carries significant value as it is only 10 letter and 2 words. It's easy to remember hence our high bounce rate.

The Company was professionally formed as a California LLC by the Spielgel & Utrera Law Firm. There are other business structures to consider such as sole proprietor ships, partnerships, LLC's, Incorporation, etc... It's up to the buyer if they want to keep the business as an LLC. The sales were predominately from the sales of ammunition there were a couple sales of T-Shirts. The artist of the shirt would be more than happy to continue selling shirts to AmmoSphere's new owner. The contact information of the distributors that we currently use will be disclosed to the winner. It takes weeks to come up with this information so as a result it valuable and will only be disclosed this to the winner.

When I started the business I knew I didn't want to spend money on advertising as it's not as effective as free forms of advertising. The only advertising that I spent money on was on Google Adwords $12.85 in December because they had an advertising promotion. We utilize a network of blogs, forums, and other websites to get our word out. All of the login credentials will be disclosed to the new owner. For the past couple of months I have been allowing Search engines find my customers rather than myself so all I've been doing is packaging the orders.

Initially when I did all the ground work such as the finding the right web developer, developing the site, finding the merchant account, finding the gateway account, negotiating, etc...it took several hours. Now that I have done all the heavy lifting so to speak I advertise once every two weeks (2 hours) if that and then print and pack packages (depends on how fast you are at packing). I can pack a package quickly so the time is negligible.
